About Me

Hey! Iโm Neha Ramana, a UX Researcher with a background in Human Factors and applied Product Design. I study how people perceive, decide, and interact with digital systems, and use those insights to improve usability and product experiences.
My work spans usability studies in medical devices, including AED systems at Philips Healthcare, and UX research in digital healthcare environments, including clinical trial workflows through Medidata. I focus on understanding how people interact with complex systems under real-world constraints, and translating those insights into clearer, more usable designs.
